Theo Stopard

Research Assistant

Theo will be working on the Happier, Healthier Professionals project, which focuses on improving the well-being of social workers by evaluating the impact of different interventions through randomised controlled trials.

He recently completed an MSc in Public Policy from the University of Bristol where he developed an interest of how behavioural insights can be appropriately used to address the challenges society faces. Prior to What Works Centre, he lifeguarded on beaches in Britain and New Zealand, while also completing internships at the Dartington Social Research Centre and the Special Court for Sierra Leone.

Theo loves to run, when he is not injured. He also enjoys surfing, open water swimming and documentaries about current affairs.
